Quantum Recognized as a Signatory to the UK Stewardship Code

For nearly three decades, we at Quantum have been dedicated to identifying and excluding companies with weak governance through our proprietary integrity screening and stewardship activities—areas often overlooked by traditional financial assessments. For the companies in our portfolio, we take an active ownership approach: engaging regularly, voting on resolutions, and proactively highlighting potential governance-related concerns. In recognition of our consistent efforts to uphold high standards of integrity and engagement, the Financial Reporting Council has recognized Quantum Advisors as a signatory to the UK Stewardship Code. This code sets high standards for transparency, accountability, and responsible stewardship among asset managers, owners, and service providers—affirming our commitment to act as dedicated stewards of our clients’ capital.

As the first home-grown Indian asset manager to be recognized as a signatory to the UK Stewardship Code, we are proud to promote transparency, long-term thinking, and active ownership within capital markets.
